Wednesday Morning 9am: Debbie's Walkin' Wednesdays

Thursday Night 6pm: REV+FLOW with Seana and Tabata with Brittany
* Rev+Flow is a low-impact, high-intensity workout, where you'll increase your
strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.
Classes are FREE— come move, sweat, and grow with us! Bring your water, wear comfy workout clothes, and let’s get stronger together in faith and fitness!
Tuesday Nights Classes are located in the Sanctuary - please enter through the side door on the South Side of the Church.
Wednesday Morning walks are located at the old High School Track (across the highway from the church)
Thursday Nights Classes are located in the Youth Room - please enter through the glass door on the North East Side of the Church.
